ABOUT Wilderness Live

Over 30 years of loving the wild.

Since 1987 Wilderness Live (previously Wilderness Lectures) has curated incredible live talks in Bristol from some of the worlds most daring adventurers.

The original founders trio of Steve Berry, Dick Willis and Steve Marriot retired in 2024 and in their place a new quartet are managing the iconic series. The Wilderness Live crew is now Asher Flatt, Emily Cant, Johnnie Ball and Sophie Foot. We look forward to seeing you at one of our events!

At Wilderness Live, we are passionate about sharing captivating talks and stories from seasoned adventurists, aiming to ignite a deep appreciation for the wild and inspire a community dedicated to preserving our natural heritage. Our three-decade journey is a testament to our commitment to fostering a love for the outdoors and nurturing a sustainable connection with the wilderness.
